1. Order Processing Time We treat every order as a creative partnership.

* Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday – Friday, GMT+8).

* Craftsmanship: During this window, we carefully measure, cut, and pack your selected fabrics to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

* Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are pleased to offer FREE International Shipping on all orders over $35 USD.

* Standard Shipping: For orders below $35 USD, shipping is calculated based on the number of items/weight in your cart to ensure the best value:

* 1 Item: $5.70 USD

* 2 Items: $7.70 USD

* 3 Items: $9.70 USD

* 4 Items: $11.70 USD

* 5 Items+: $13.70 USD (and scaled accordingly)

* Origin: All orders are dispatched from our specialized fulfillment center in Beijing, China.

* Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 7-15 business days to our primary markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia).

Please Note: Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or local carrier schedules.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: Once your order has been cut and handed over to our carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • Activation: Tracking information typically becomes active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes  Hassle-Free Door-to-Door DeliveryWe provide a premium Door-to-Door service. Poppylollipop is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes associated with your order. You only need to pay the final order amount at checkout—there are no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery. We handle the complexities of international shipping so you can focus on your creative projects.

5. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@poppylollipop.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
